Celtic Connections concluded yesterday after 18 days of musical treats. It seems like a big list of stuff I missed when I look back, but luckily there are some great videos floating about, and none better than this of Aerials Up going ‘a capella’ at The Arches.

Paisley trio Carnivores are running a pledge campaign to raise money for their debut album. It basically works as a pre-sale allowing them to get the funding for their project, and you get a wad of goodies in return. You can pledge here.

Fiction Faction release fantastic single Apparitions through 17 Seconds Records today. You can purchase it on iTunes, just type in ’17sec25 – Apparitions’. If you are in London tomorrow night (Tuesday 1st) you can catch the band playing Club Fandango at The Bull and Gate, full details here.

On Red is a new music based entertainment show from Gareth Goodlad and Micheal Gallagher. In its first episode it features an interview and live footage of Kochka from their recent Aye Tunes Presents gig, and other goodies from Super Adventure Club and Hagana.

Song Of Return were in session for Ally McCrae on radio 1 last week and Euan Robertson Photgraphy was there to capture events. If you want to see what goes on behind the scenes at the BBC then check out the video below.

Stevie and the Moon released Wolves/Rainbows in December, but I’ve only just caught the video for Wolves now. The video was shot by Peter Holliday and really catches the eye. If you have not already purchased this song then I’d recommend heading over to iTunes.
