This is the first of two shows for Kid C that are aiming to make some funds for the band’s jaunt to SXSW next month. Buy a ticket, buy some merch, help the band get on their way to the world famous festival, and no doubt have an amazing night.

Sneak feat. Le Reno Amps + Male Pattern Band + Rose Parade @ Pivo Pivo, £4

This i s a new monthly night that sounds excellent. The venue will be redecorated for the occassion with loads of props in keeping with the headline act’s style. Everything is getting caught on camera and recorded and the end result will be a documentary of the night which the bands will have to use. Friday 25th

Scottish Alternative Music Awards feat. The LaFontaines + Cities and Skylines + Xavia @ The Classic Grand, £10

The second annual SAMA’s takes place on Friday and it looks to be a cracking night. Aswell as the live bands mentioned above, you will also have Gary Tank Commander, Vic Gallowey and Billy Kirkwood on the stage. Voting closes at 10pm tomorrow night, so make sure you head over to the site and get involved.
