This promo from Atlas has just gone live, and is for the title track to their debut No Man’s Land EP. You can grab the EP for FREE at Bandcamp, and I’d definitely recommend you do that. The video was shot by Peter Holliday.
I was lucky enough to catch Bronto Skylift play a banging set at T in the Park on Sunday. Niall from the band gave this interview for STV before the duo hit the stage, and if you fancy seeing some footage of the show then check the bottom of the page for a link.
Dilectrics‘ debut release, the Let The Light In EP, is due out next month. The first track to surface from it is Overgrown, which is an impressive introduction for the Paisley three piece, and will get lodged in your head. This is another fantastic video by Josh Porter.
Discopolis recently announced that they would be releasing their debut single through Eli and Oz. A solid date for the release of Lofty Ambitions has not been set yet, but in the meantime you can enjoy this great promo, shot by Quintana Films. You can also read the interview the band did for the blog last week here.
This video is of RM Hubbert playing a new track called For Joe at a recent Chemikal Underground gig. You can catch him playing on Thursday at Stereo as part of a stellar lineup that also boasts Beerjacket and Michael Cassidy. The event is being run by Glasshouse Promotions, and you can buy tickets now for just £5.
I only attended T in the park on the Sunday, but thankfully there’s this footage of The Xcerts going down a storm on the BBC Introducing Stage on Saturday. Lead singer Murray was so taken by the crowd for the gig that he wrote a thank you on his blog, which is a nice touch.
You can find a load more videos from the weekend on the BBC Website, including Bronto Skylift, Bwani Junction, Kid Canaveral, Three Blind Wolves, Twin Atlantic and The Xcerts.
