Suspire have released new single Get Yourself Together which you can purchase from iTunes now. The band also have a load of gigs on the way, which will be a good chance for you to check them out as a four piece with Brian Cunningham recently joinging the ranks. More details below.

This video is of Lady North playing live at the recent Wide Days showcase at the Electric Circus earlier this year. There is another Wide Days seminar in Edinburgh tonight (31st May), called Beyond the Regular Gig, which you can find out more about here.

Lady North will also be playing the Detour Showcase at Go North on 7th June, with the likes of Olympic Swimmers, Darc and Cleavers and entry is FREE. More details on the FB event page.

Penguins Kill Polar Bears have posted a teaser for Scarce in the build up to their live return at Stereo on Saturday. The band is also giving you the chance to win 2 tickets to the gig, plus both their EP’s. All you have to do is draw them a poster for the gig. More details on their Facebook.

The debut Miaoux Miaoux album, Light of the North is out on 11th June through Chemikal Underground, from which Better For Now (below) is taken.

Miaoux Miaoux will also be launching the album with Glasgow and Edinburgh shows, which should be fantastic nights.
